The Role
This is a high-impact, strategic partner role supporting a large business unit and the global marketing team. You will lead enterprise planning while overseeing the development of advanced financial modeling and analytics tools to drive evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Act as a financial advisor to the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure the development of growth strategies across all segments.

Enterprise Planning: Lead financial planning cycles, including long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Management Reporting: Produce timely financial analysis, develop performance measurement frameworks, and establish KPIs to track organizational performance.

Value Creation: Provide financial support for competitive analysis, pricing strategies, customer profitability, and sales performance.

Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing effective mitigation strategies.

Experienced: Proven track record in high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.

Technical Expert: Highly proficient in financial modeling and the development of analytics tools; multi-currency experience is a strong asset.
