Location: Solana Beach, CA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 + Bonus (DOE)

Role Overview


The Brand Marketing Coordinator is the executional engine of the brand team. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Director, this role is responsible for bringing creative strategy and vision to life across photoshoots, events, affiliate programs, storefronts, and digital assets.

This individual thrives in a fast-moving environment and excels at juggling multiple projects while keeping every detail on-brand and on-schedule.


Responsibilities


Creative Production & Photoshoots – 30%

  • Execute product and lifestyle photoshoots end-to-end: scheduling, planning, prop sourcing, on-set support, and execution under creative direction
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and photographers on post-production edits, revisions, and asset delivery timelines
  • Manage photo file organization, naming conventions, and asset delivery across teams via project management tools
  • Build and maintain shot lists, creative briefs, and production timelines
  • Source and coordinate talent, locations, props, and vendors
  • Ensure final assets are properly filed, accessible, and delivered to ecommerce, retail, creative, and paid teams


Affiliate Outreach & Creator Support – 20%


  • Execute affiliate and influencer outreach across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels
  • Identify, contact, and onboard new creators and affiliates into TikTok Shop and broader influencer programs
  • Support contracting processes for paid partnerships, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage ongoing creator relationships including gifting logistics, communication, and content follow-up
  • Track performance and provide updates on content and sales attribution
  • Support development and distribution of content briefs


PR, Awards & Brand Coordination – 20%


  • Manage inbound PR inquiries and draft initial responses aligned with brand voice
  • Lead award submissions—identifying opportunities, gathering assets, and submitting on time
  • Support outreach to gift guides, editorial features, and press lists
  • Draft content briefs for photoshoots, social content, and creator campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-functional asset delivery with Creative, Sales, and Ecommerce teams
  • Support go-to-market planning for new product launches


Asset Management & Storefront Support – 15%


  • Partner with Brand and Ecommerce teams to gather, organize, and update brand assets for PDPs (Amazon, Walmart, Target, DTC) and storefronts
  • Maintain asset library—ensuring files are current, labeled, and organized
  • Manage website asset uploads and ensure visual consistency across digital properties
  • Support catalog maintenance across SKUs (imagery, copy, metadata)
  • Assist with seasonal refreshes and campaign updates
  • Coordinate cross-functional timelines and deliverables


Events & Tradeshows – 15%


  • Plan and execute brand events, trade shows, and retailer activations
  • Coordinate materials, booth setup, signage, and branded assets
  • Maintain event calendars, vendor relationships, and budgets
  • Compile post-event recaps and insights
  • Ensure consistent, high-impact brand presence at physical touchpoints


Minimum Qualifications


  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, creative production, or related field
  • Experience coordinating photoshoots or creative production workflows
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to brand consistency
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, DTC)
  • Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing programs (TikTok Shop, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Familiarity with influencer contracts and paid partnerships
  • Event coordination or tradeshow experience
  • Background in consumer products, CPG, or retail-driven environments
  • Experience with PR outreach, gifting, or award submissions
  • Experience supporting a brand/marketing leader in a fast-growing DTC company
  • Familiarity with DAM tools or asset management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
