Responsibilities
- Acting as a strategic partner to the founder, overseeing daily operations and long-term initiatives
- Leading client acquisition efforts, managing key relationships, and representing the studio externally
- Running internal operations—project coordination, financial tracking, procurement, and studio management
- Supporting a small, high-performing design team by removing friction and managing logistics
- Overseeing hiring and talent development, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture
- Managing vendor relationships, timelines, budgets, and invoicing with precision and accountability
- Helping define success metrics and continuously improving processes across the business

Preferred Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in operations, business management, or client services within creative industries
- Familiarity with luxury design, architecture, or boutique studio environments is paramount
- Local to the Bay Area and excited about a hybrid model (2–3 days/week in person)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive with a “no task too small” mindset
- Experience managing finances, vendor relationships, and project schedules a big plus
