About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our growing sales team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives, helping them close deals, providing coaching and training, and improving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, experience in sales leadership, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup environment.


Role expectations:

  • Lead and manage a team of growing Account Executives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Help reps close deals by joining key sales calls, reviewing strategies, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement a structured onboarding and training process for new sales reps to ramp productivity faster
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership
  • Improve the team's closing rate by refining sales playbooks, objection-handling strategies, and sales messaging
  • Ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting, leveraging CRM tools to monitor deal progress and team performance
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and support team success
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive insights, ensuring the team is equipped to handle market shifts


What We're Seeking


Must-Have:

  • Located in one of our hubs - San Francisco, New York City, Tampa
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in SaaS
  • Experience succeeding in a consultative sales environment, understands how to multi-thread and objection handle early on
  • Experience managing and coaching sales teams, ideal if in an early-stage or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to improve sales team performance through structured training, mentorship, and strategic deal support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop reps to exceed targets.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience selling SaaS to restaurants, ideally large chains
  • Experience working with an early stage startup
