Responsibilities
As Developer Relations, you will be the bridge between their product and the developer community, building a vibrant and engaged user base. You’ll engage with developers on our clients waitlist, investor portfolio companies, and early adopters to introduce them to the transformative possibilities of their technology. You’ll also play a key role in providing feedback to their product and engineering teams, ensuring that the voice of the developer community shapes their roadmap.
The Developer Relations will:
- Engage with customers and early adopters to gather insights and showcase the possibilities for their technology
- Advocate for developer-friendly features and robust API functionality within the product team
- Create and maintain SDKs, API documentation, and command-line resources
- Build a developer community strategically
- Gather user feedback and relay it to product and engineering teams
- Develop educational content, such as tutorials and guides, to showcase use cases and best practices
Is this you?
- Proven background in Developer Relations, with experience building communities and user feedback loops
- Understanding of developers’ needs and workflows, with a focus on making products more accessible and developer-friendly
- Passion for AI with a deep belief in its potential; LLM experience is a plus
- Strong Python skills with experience in SDKs, APIs, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex concepts for various audiences
- Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous software engineering experience
- Experience in both startup and enterprise environments
- Extensive experience with AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies
- Ideally located on the East Coast (NYC, Boston, Miami) for occasional in-person meetings
