Role Overview

Seel is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) leader to own and scale end-to-end revenue operations across the full lead-to-cash lifecycle. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes, owning the revenue technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and enabling teams through systems, training, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, systems-oriented, and experienced in building repeatable, scalable RevOps infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and optimize end-to-end RevOps and lead-to-cash processes, identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement
  • Design, implement, and scale the revenue technology stack, with HubSpot as the primary CRM, ensuring strong integration and adoption
  • Build, document, and maintain repeatable RevOps processes, including workflows, playbooks, handoffs, and operating cadence
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across systems to support accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to monitor revenue health and operational effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive alignment around shared metrics and operational goals
  • Provide hands-on training and enablement to teams on systems, processes, and best practices
  • Act as the ongoing RevOps support function, troubleshooting issues, refining workflows, and scaling operations as the business grows
  • Lead and manage RevOps projects and initiatives, balancing multiple priorities and driving execution
  • Apply a strategic lens to evaluate every stage of the revenue cycle, from first touch through close and post-sale handoff


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot and broader RevTech tools
  • Strong background in process design, systems implementation, and operational scaling
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to train and enable teams on tools and processes
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across teams

  • $180K base
