As a Plumbing Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to and supporting a team of Engineers and Designers to deliver high-quality designs for technically challenging and rewarding projects. We expose our designers to a variety of complex projects, arming them with the experience, resources, and support to succeed. As a mid-market firm with a close-knit culture, we focus on the delivery of high-quality engineering and design services for notable industry-leading clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Performing Field Surveys
• Develop Conceptual Designs and layouts with the support of an engineer for the following:
• Ductwork Distribution Systems
• Piping Distribution Systems
• Airflow and Piping Diagrams
• Pressurization Plans
• General Equipment Arrangement Plans
• Development of Details, Schedules, Sections, and Elevations
• Coordinating with other Discipline Engineers, Architects, and Contractors.
• Review Ductwork and Piping Shop Drawings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be proficient with the latest version of REVIT 3D, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
• Relevant experience in laboratories, pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities and data centers is highly desirable.
• 1-5 Years experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
