Attends client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
Communicates and improves design processes with other team members.
May manage small teams and assist other project team members in the development and maintenance of workplans.
Develop quality project documents
Leads in planning, design and documentation of projects. Prepares working drawings.
Participates in all design and construction phases of projects.
Presents design to client and coordinates with other disciplines and consultants.
Mentor other Designers. Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers.
Participates in project debriefs and lesson’s learned sessions.
Recommend alterations to design to improve quality.
Meet deadlines and manage personal utilization within project budgets
May own small projects in entirety and/or significant portions of larger projects related to project delivery.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
Pursue certification and/or license (if on a licensure track)
Support systems commissioning activities, including site visits and functional testing - development and execution.
Provide mentoring to other staff members as directed.
Promote company reputation through good client relations.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements
Design related technical degree, Bachelors or Professional degree in or applicable field.
6-10 years of applicable experience
Experience within healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred
