Director of Engineering Position

My client is a 21 person site design firm with a strong, award-winning community-based practice, is seeking a creative, collaborative, team-building licensed civil engineer who can lead the next generation of engineers along with the firm’s young, well-established and respected landscape architecture partners. This candidate should be a creative thinker with strong people skills to contribute to our positive and progressive workplace environment. Must be experienced in the technical skills required to mentor young engineers and designers through site design, roadway, utility and stormwater challenges with an eye towards innovative, sustainable solutions. Must exhibit the confidence to market with new and established client base along with existing LA partners.
