Construction Administration Project Manager

My client seeks a full-time Construction Administration Project Manager (CAPM) to oversee the execution of large-scale mixed-use commercial and multi-family residential development projects in their construction phase. As a liaison between the Owner, Architect, Engineers, and Contractor, the CAPM is responsible for quality control and quality assurance of the construction documents, identifying potential problems and developing and improving comprehensive construction solutions.

Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

8-10 years construction administration

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects

Excellent written and communication skills

Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code, American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), National Fire Prevention Code, NFPA and FFPC. Knowledgeable on the Construction MasterSpec Divisions 1-48

Proficiency in Procore (or similar), Revit, AutoCAD, Newforma, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Suites.

Qualifications (Preferred)

Experience in residential, high-rise, and low-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects.
