SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER This position provides mechanical engineering services to produce construction drawings and specifications for our clients. Responsibilities include: • Leading the design effort on large and small projects • Manage design schedules and design team members • Ability to interact and work directly with Architects and Owners • Conduct preliminary evaluations • Prepare various reports and meeting minutes • Produce design documents (drawings, specifications, and reports) • Willingness to travel for projects nationally and internationally. • Design review to assure adherence to applicable codes, company standards, and project requirements.



Required Experience: • BS in Mechanical Engineering with PE Registration • 10 plus years of experience in Mechanical Design including HVAC load calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, air distribution design of VAV and CV systems, hydronic system design, equipment selection, Shop drawing review, assessment of existing systems and facilities, and field observation and reporting. • Extensive knowledge of the International Mechanical and Energy Conservation Codes • Strong knowledge of Building Codes, Applicable NFPA Codes and Energy Codes • Experience in Federal/Municipal Government, Healthcare or Aviation preferred but not required. • Must know REVIT and AutoCAD • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software. • Must be able to work as part of a team and manage multiple projects. • Must be self-motivated and work independently to complete work assignments. • Must be a US Citizen and have a Real ID valid driver’s license. • COVID 19 vaccination required
