Account Manager – Mississippi Territory


Location: Mississippi Territory (Travel required) Headquarters are in Memphis. Would hire in either location.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM – 5PM

Travel: Up to 3 days/week to client sites across Mississippi. Occasional overnights.

What You’ll Do:

·      Build and manage client relationships across industries like chemical, power, refining, and food & beverage

·      Visit customers in cities including Yazoo City, Columbus, Southaven, and Greenville

·      Provide consultative sales support with automation and measurement solutions

·      Collaborate with product and service specialists to tailor solutions that meet customer goals

·      Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and participate in industry events or trade shows


What We’re Looking For:

·      3+ years of outside sales experience

·      CRM experience to build and manage a strong pipeline

·      Strong communication and time management skills

·      Comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnights

·      Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks

·      Able to lift up to 30lbs and work in industrial environments

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Outlook, and basic computer skills

·      Ability to obtain TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card


Preferred:

·      Bachelor’s degree (especially in STEM)

·      Familiarity with Emerson products or related technical sales

·      Experience in manufacturing environments or industrial sales
