Brand Partnerships Lead

Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand championing longevity and wellness. Their flagship newsletter, with over 350,000 subscribers and growing rapidly, engages an influential audience deeply invested in well-being. Their content spans mindfulness, fitness, sleep quality, social connection, emotional intelligence, luxury wellness, and purposeful travel.

They are seeking a Director of Business Development to build their brand sponsorships from the ground up. You will engage premium brands to sponsor our newsletter, articles, website content, and future events. This role requires strategic thinking, proactive business development, and hands-on deal-closing skills.


Requirements:

·      High integrity, low ego, driven, and excellent communicators with a bias toward action.

·      Connected to consumer brands, media, wellness, design, arts, and culture sectors.

·      Skilled in prospecting, developing, and closing partnerships without oversight.

·      Proven ability to close multi-six-figure sponsorships and media packages.

·      Act as the "voice of the market" to help develop products and offerings.

·      Creative in identifying new revenue-driving opportunities.


Location: New York

This hybrid role allows for location flexibility but requires in-person collaboration a few days per week as needed.


Compensation: $150k base + commissions
