Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to lead our efforts in targeting the top 150 dealer groups in the automotive industry. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Target Identification: Identify and prioritize the top 150 dealer groups within the automotive industry to focus sales efforts effectively.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted dealer groups.
  3. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives.
  4. Solution Selling: Propose tailored solutions and services that address the unique requirements of each dealer group, leveraging our suite of products and services.
  5. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to penetrate targeted accounts.
  6. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, track progress, and report on key metrics regularly.
  7. Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiation efforts to secure contracts and agreements with targeted dealer groups, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  8. Client Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels through proactive communication and support.
  9. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to drive alignment and deliver value to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the automotive industry, with a focus on selling to dealer groups.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, automotive retail trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
