We are looking to recruit a confident and motivated person to join our customer services team, focusing on customers in Baltic countries.


The responsibilities include providing high levels of service to our customers and fostering our 'hassle free' approach to the customer journey.

The successful candidate will be self-motived and proactive in the role, whilst dealing with customer enquiries promptly via phone or email and be able to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer service & sales support - confirming orders, making quotations and following up deliveries & quotations
  • Proactively keeping customers updated on existing orders and advise of delays as necessary
  • Processing orders in a timely manner on our internal CRM system
  • Daily use of MSS, BPCS, Green screen => BPR CE 365 Dynamics
  • E-invoicing and overdue invoice follow up
  • Order shipments for customers and check freight forwarder invoices
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth progress of orders through to distribution
  • Ensure all internal and external customer queries are responded to in the agreed time scales
  • Support marketing activities locally


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Fluency in Estonian and good English skills (B2)
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn bespoke systems and programmes
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-pace environment
  • Outstanding social and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Proactive and detail orientated
  • Experience in working in a B2B sales environment (desirable)
  • Finnish language (desirable)
  • D365CE (desirable)
