What Our Client Needs
Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator to ensure contractual agreements with customers, partners, contractors, and suppliers are compliant, aligned with business goals, and structured to minimize risk while supporting retention and revenue objectives. This role plays a critical part in protecting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and strengthening renewals management.
What You’ll Do
- Review and redline contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Analyze terms and identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure contracts align with legal standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align contract terms with operational needs
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation and implementation
- Assist with resolving contract disputes and negotiating amendments
- Draft contract extensions, modifications, and new agreements
- Maintain and improve systems for contract documentation and tracking
- Support the development and updating of contract templates
- Contribute to process enhancements for efficiency and consistency
- Provide support to the Director of Contracts Management and broader legal/contract team as needed
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in contract administration or analysis
- Strong understanding of contract terms, risk, and compliance
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
- Reliable, adaptable, and collaborative work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000. This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.
