What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including medical history reviews and periodontal evaluations
- Perform preventive services such as cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride/sealant applications
- Take and process dental X-rays for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean clinical environment
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver seamless care
What You Bring
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active Ohio RDH license, in good standing
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Proficiency with digital charting and dental software preferred
- Commitment to high standards of care, ethical practice, and continuous learning
