What You’ll Do

  • Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including medical history reviews and periodontal evaluations
  • Perform preventive services such as cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride/sealant applications
  • Take and process dental X-rays for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies
  • Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system
  • Uphold infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean clinical environment
  • Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver seamless care


What You Bring

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active Ohio RDH license, in good standing
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital charting and dental software preferred
  • Commitment to high standards of care, ethical practice, and continuous learning
