Position Title: Associate Dentist - Looking for someone with Surgical Experience

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established practice in Clifton Park, NY. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication skills, and at least five years of clinical experience. This role offers the flexibility of a full-time or part-time schedule and a strong commitment to clinical development, including a generous CE allowance.
Practice Summary:
- In business for over 25 years
- Active patient base: 1,800
- Payer mix: 50% fee-for-service / 50% PPO
- 3 doctor chairs and 3 hygiene chairs
- Digital X-ray system and PANO
- Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative team
- Flexible schedule options: Full-time or part-time
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Must place implants with surgical training. Experience with performing other specialties is also preferred
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on prevention and comprehensive care
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients effectively
- Desire and willingness to continue learning and improving
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build long-term patient relationships

- Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
