Position Title: Pediatric Dentist

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Status: Part-Time (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm)

We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Pediatric Dentist to join their established practice in Gaithersburg, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pediatric specialist who values a patient-focused environment, enjoys working with children, and is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate will have a warm and confident chairside manner, excellent communication skills, and at least 3–5 years of clinical experience. The practice offers a fun, supportive environment with a strong focus on mentorship and professional growth.

Practice Summary:

• Serving the community since 2011
• 9 doctors and 4 hygienists
• 22 operatories
• Active patient base: 10,500
• Average of 120–150 new patients per month
• Payer mix: 20% fee-for-service / 80% PPO
• Specialty services offered in-office: Orthodontics and pediatric dentistry
• Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm

Qualifications and Skills:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active Maryland license in good standing
• Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry (required)
• At least 3–5 years of clinical experience
• Highly proficient in all aspects of pediatric dentistry
• Strong desire and willingness to continue learning and growing
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust with pediatric patients and their families

Compensation and Benefits:

• Must be a W-2 employee
• Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
• Continuing education allowance
• Malpractice insurance
