Oral Surgeon – Paoli, PA

Part-Time for 1 day per week - Ideally Friday but some flexibility

Position Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a respected private surgical practice with an outstanding community reputation. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who values autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to grow within a supportive, patient-centered environment. The incoming surgeon will benefit from a steady flow of referrals, experienced clinical staff, and the flexibility to build a schedule that supports both personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, pathology, and other procedures within training and comfort level.
  • Provide clear, compassionate patient communication and comprehensive treatment planning.
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced surgical team and administrative staff.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with referring general dentists and specialists.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, documentation, ethics, and continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Active Pennsylvania dental license (or eligibility).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered, high-quality surgical care.
