Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available
• Pay: $35 per hour
• Bonuses: Monthly production bonus
• Benefits:
• Full-time (30+ hours): Full benefits available after 60 days of employment
• Part-time (25–29 hours): Partial benefits available after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Perform EFDA duties, including placing restorations and assisting the dentist during pediatric procedures
• Provide coronal polishing and other preventive services to young patients
• Ensure patient comfort and create a positive experience for children and parents
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all infection control and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to deliver efficient, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current EFDA certification and license in the state of Ohio
• Coronal Polishing certification required
• Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
