Your Role & Impact

As a General Dentist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care while helping grow a trusted community practice. You’ll have the resources and freedom to practice your way, all while making a real difference in the lives of your patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services
  • Develop personalized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health
  • Leverage digital tools and modern techniques to improve outcomes and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to build lasting relationships
  • Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation


What We’re Looking For

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active (or eligible) dental license in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency across a wide range of general dentistry procedures
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and growing professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
