Position Title: Associate Dentist

Location: Glenmont, NY

Status: Part-Time (Thursday 9am – 6pm; Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm)

We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established practice in Glenmont, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking a supportive, patient-centered environment with a focus on high-quality care and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, excellent communication skills, and at least 3–5 years of clinical experience. The practice offers a fun, stable work environment with a committed support team and modern technology.

Practice Summary:

• In business for over 35 years
• Active patient base: 1,700
• Average of 40 new patients per month
• Payer mix: 80% PPO / 20% fee-for-service
• 3 doctor chairs and 3 hygiene chairs
• Digital X-ray system, Medit digital scanner, Overjet, Wave One
• Dedicated, experienced clinical and administrative team

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3–5 years of clinical experience
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on prevention and comprehensive care
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients effectively
• Desire and willingness to continue learning and improving
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with patients
