We are helping our client find a highly motivated, experienced, and personable Associate Dentist to join their well-established practice in Tannersville, PA. Practice Summary:

  • In business for over 35 years
  • 2 doctors and 4 hygienists
  • 3 doctor chairs and 4 hygiene chairs
  • Payer mix: 90% PPO / 10% fee-for-service
  • Advanced technology: Digital X-ray system, Trios 3 scanner, Rotary Wave One, Overjet
  • Average schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (part-time), with potential for full-time

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active Pennsylvania license in good standing
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience
  • GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and preventive care
  • Experience in endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry preferred
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Strong desire and willingness to continue learning and growing
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build long-term patient relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
  • Perform a wide range of procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges
  • Conduct thorough examinations and accurately diagnose dental conditions
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences and outcomes
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new technologies and techniques
