Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join a collegial, patient-focused practice providing comprehensive care for the local community. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with a full scope of general dentistry procedures.
• Build long-term patient relationships through education and personalized care.
• Collaborate with the existing provider team to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Participate in continuing education and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ethical foundation.
• New graduates and experienced providers encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• $800–$900 daily rate or 34–36% of adjusted production.
