Position Title: Associate Dentist
Location: Corning, NY
Status: Full-Time (Tuesday – Friday)
We are helping our client find a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join their well-established practice in Corning, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, patient-focused team with a large, loyal patient base.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality comprehensive care and build meaningful relationships with patients. New graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship and professional development support are available.
Practice Summary:
- In practice since 1973
- Patient base built over 52 years
- 12 operatories in a stand-alone building
- 4 doctors and 9 hygienists
- Fee-for-service model
- Fully digital, upgraded technology including iTero scanners, CEREC, Schick digital X-rays, and Glidewell FastMill
- Specialty services offered in-office: Invisalign, implants, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, extractions
- Highly trained, dedicated support staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- GPR or AEGD preferred but not required
- Desire and willingness to continuously learn and grow
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with patients
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation and Benefits:
- Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
