Dental Practice Manager

Location: Worcester, Massachusetts

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a thriving and growing dental office in Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate will bring prior dental experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for helping a practice achieve its next level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, patient satisfaction, and profitability
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and financial performance to achieve practice goals
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as production, collections, payroll, and patient retention
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance workflow and patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all practice policies and procedures
  • Support staff training, performance reviews, and continuing education initiatives
  • Partner with ownership and leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Prior dental experience required – at least 2 years in a management or senior administrative role within a dental practice
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
  • Solid understanding of key performance indicators and basic financial principles
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team
  • Proficiency with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
