Due to increased demand, the practice is expanding its endodontic services and adding an additional provider to support patient volume and enhance access to care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join an established specialty practice on a part-time basis, with the potential to expand to additional days as volume grows. The incoming provider will work alongside an experienced Endodontist who is supportive and collaborative, offering a smooth integration into the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full scope of endodontic treatment including nonsurgical and surgical root canal therapy, retreatments, and emergency endodontic procedures.
• Utilize modern digital technology to support diagnostics and optimal clinical outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to ensure understanding and comfort throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with referring dentists to support coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of clinical ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active New Jersey dental license (or eligibility).
• Strong commitment to patient care, communication, and clinical excellence.
• Experience with digital workflows preferred.
