Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available
• Pay: $48–$55 per hour, depending on experience
• Bonuses: Monthly production bonus
• Benefits:
• Full-time (30+ hours): Full benefits available after 60 days of employment
• Part-time (25–29 hours): Partial benefits available after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, high-quality dental hygiene care to pediatric patients in a supportive, child-friendly setting
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Perform cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and radiographs in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Ohio
• Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred, but a passion for working with children is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
