Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join a dynamic, multi-provider practice offering flexibility for part-time or full-time scheduling. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values collaboration, advanced digital tools, and a steady schedule supported by a strong hygiene program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
• Utilize CBCT and iTero digital scanning for diagnostics, case planning, and patient education.
• Build long-term patient relationships through communication, trust, and education-focused care.
• Collaborate with multiple dentists, hygienists, and support staff to maintain smooth operations and consistent clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Connecticut dental license (or eligibility).
• Strong diagnostic, restorative, and communication skills.
• Experience with digital workflows preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a large, multi-provider environment.

Schedule

Flexible part-time or full-time options available with the following shifts:

• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
