Position Title: Associate Dentist
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Status: Full-Time (Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm)
We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate seeking clinical growth and mentorship in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication skills, and at least 3–5 years of clinical experience. The practice empowers clinicians to continue developing through educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.
Practice Summary:
- Serving the community since 2015
- 3 part-time doctors, 4 hygienists
- 7 operatories
- Active patient base: 3,300
- Average of 35–40 new patients per month
- Payer mix: 50% fee-for-service / 50% PPO
- Office equipment includes Medit scanner, Cerec, Wave One, Overjet, and more
- Dedicated, highly trained support team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active New York license in good standing
- Completion of a general dentistry residency preferred
- 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on prevention and comprehensive care
- Desire and willingness to continue learning and improving
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build long-term patient relationships
