Practice Stats:

• Total Revenue: $1.5 million
• Patient Volume: 12 patients per day
• New Starts: 10 new patients per month

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $300K base salary + chairside compensation
• Profit Sharing & Practice Distributions
• Up to $15K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive periodontal care, including implant placements, soft tissue grafts, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
• Lead and collaborate with a skilled team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients through education and personalized treatment plans.
• Contribute to practice growth by maintaining high standards of care and achieving production and collection goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5+ years of experience in periodontal care.
• Strong ability to diagnose, prevent, and treat periodontal diseases while placing dental implants.
• A successful track record of leadership, teamwork, and providing exceptional patient care.
• Passionate about practice ownership and long-term success.
