Account Director - Retail & Banking Data
One of the UK’s leading purchase intelligence platforms is looking for an Account Director - Retail & Banking Data to join their retail partnerships team. They work with major banks to power in-app cashback and rewards seen by millions of customers every day.
You’ll take the lead on managing and growing relationships with well-known retail brands — shaping data-driven campaigns that directly influence how customers shop and spend.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and manage partnerships with major retailers across fashion, grocery, travel and lifestyle
- Identify new commercial opportunities and sign new retail partners
- Present and negotiate data-led marketing proposals with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch and optimise live campaigns
- Track performance and ensure partners see measurable results
- Balance commercial targets with long-term relationship growth
What we’re looking for
- Background in retail, FMCG, media, or data-driven marketing
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle — from outreach to onboarding
- Excellent communicator who can simplify data-heavy propositions
- Independent and proactive, but enjoys collaborating across teams
- Experience in performance marketing or loyalty partnerships is a plus
