Dental Technician – Removable / Dentures (Analog)

Location: Bellingham, WA - (In House Denture Clinic)

Compensation: $30–$35/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Overview

We are a well-established denture clinic with an in-house lab, serving our own patients and select referrals. We focus on quality craftsmanship over production volume and are seeking a skilled Removable Dental Technician to join our small, experienced, and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set denture teeth for complete and partial cases (primary focus)
• Perform denture repairs, including same-day walk-ins
• Complete relines (average 2–6 arches per week)
• Pour preliminary and final impressions, trim models, and fabricate final impression trays
• Create intra-oral tracing devices and mount cases on articulators
• Execute wax setups, finalize for try-in, and process using the Ivoclar SR-Ivocap Injection System (hypoallergenic materials)
• De-flask, trim, and polish finished cases to high-quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the denturist and lab team to meet patient needs

Qualifications

• Strong analog denture experience: tooth setup, wax try-ins, finishing, and repairs
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous denture or dental lab experience (required)
• Denture lab certification or formal training (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality
• In-house dental lab or prosthodontic clinic experience preferred
• PTC tooth-setting training and/or Ivoclar system training a plus
