Our client is a prominent global provider of location intelligence and audience data, enabling brands and advertisers to develop data-driven, personalized, and highly impactful marketing campaigns. Utilizing advanced technology and a privacy-focused strategy, our client connects digital advertising with real-world consumer behavior. They are seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, offering training on both self-service and managed-service platforms.
  • Set up campaigns, audience segments, and measurement tools to ensure smooth activation.
  • Deliver onboarding tasks on time while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor campaign performance and client satisfaction through regular check-ins.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when needed.
  • Offer strategic support to help clients optimize platform usage and achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct post-campaign reporting, gather feedback, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Provide industry insights and education to establish trust and enhance partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams, including Product, Legal, and Partnerships, to address client needs and drive solutions.
  • Stay updated on platform developments to ensure clients benefit from the latest innovations.
  • Support Sales in client meetings by offering technical expertise and operational insights.
  • Track key performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and product usage to guide strategy.
  • Utilize tools like Tableau, Jira, and CRM systems for reporting and process optimization.
  • Continuously refine internal workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage billing, contracts, and approvals in collaboration with finance and legal teams.


Qualifications:

  • Background in post-sale client success within Ad Tech, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, omnichannel strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to refining operational processes and improving efficiency.
  • Experience handling client interactions, including troubleshooting, meeting coordination, and relationship management.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, working with teams like Product, Partnerships, and Legal to develop client solutions.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Jira, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
  • Capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and performance benchmarks are met.
