Contract: 1 Year Renewable Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
  • Menu Planning: Assist in developing and planning menus, considering factors such as seasonality, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
  • Ingredient Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling, storage, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet quality and presentation standards before serving to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service, maintaining efficient operations during peak times.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various kitchen stations and adapt to changing menus or customer demands.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist with cleaning duties, including dishwashing, kitchen equipment maintenance, and general kitchen cleanup.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and management regarding food orders, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, including answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests or dietary needs.


Requirements:

  • You are passionate about cooking and preparing food
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a cook
  • You are a real team player who can work in an international team
  • You are fluent in English and have a minimal B1-B2 level of English
  • Must hold a European Passport
