Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting them with locating products, answering questions about products or services, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Operating Cash Registers: Operating cash registers, processing transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments, and providing customers with receipts.
• Stocking Shelves: Receiving incoming shipments, unpacking boxes, and stocking shelves with merchandise according to store standards and organizational systems.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the store clean, organized, and free of debris by regularly sweeping, mopping, and dusting shelves and display areas.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as conducting stock checks, monitoring inventory levels, and notifying management of low stock or damaged items.
• Product Labeling: Ensuring that products are properly labeled with price tags, expiration dates, and other relevant information.
• Assisting with Special Promotions: Assisting with setting up and promoting special sales events, displays, and promotions to attract customers and drive sales.
• Ensuring Food Safety: Following food safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of perishable items to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
• Adhering to Safety Regulations: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures, including proper lifting techniques, use of equipment, and handling of hazardous materials.
• Assisting with Customer Requests: Assisting customers with special requests, such as locating specific products, processing returns or exchanges, and resolving any customer complaints or concerns.

Requirements:

• You are a hospitality enthusiast
• You are a real team player who can work in an international team
• You have a good level of English (B1-B2)
• Must hold an European Passport
