Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you will assist in managing client accounts, executing campaigns, and delivering outstanding service. As part of the account management team, you will play a key role in supporting clients’ goals while working closely with internal teams to ensure success.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the account management team to assist in building, executing, and managing advertiser campaigns within a specific vertical.
- Set up and execute campaigns within the platform, leveraging various inventory sources and audience segments.
- Work closely with internal operations, supply, and account management teams to align on client goals and expectations.
- Support the preparation of client deliverables, including materials for weekly meetings and campaign performance reports.
- Launch, serve, and optimize campaigns for clients, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign success.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining active campaigns to ensure they align with client objectives and perform effectively.
- Interact with top client both virtually and in person to maintain and grow relationships

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and address client concerns promptly.
- Show a willingness to learn and grow by actively participating in team initiatives and adapting to feedback.
- Receive positive feedback from clients and team members on responsiveness, organization, and reliability.
You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in digital advertising or marketing. Internship experience is welcome.
- Basic understanding of digital media, marketing principles, or advertising platforms; familiarity with performance marketing or CTV advertising is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in interpreting data and learning how to optimize campaign performance.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering excellent service and value to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
You May Also Have
- MBA or advanced degree in business or related field.
- Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, or related disciplines.
