Location: City of Industry, CA
Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) or 3rd Shift (10:00pm–6:30am); overtime built into schedule
Total Compensation: $105,000+ (base pay + company paid benefits + company paid pension)

About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume liquid food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will:
- Perform both mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, including troubleshooting issues, repairing motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes, and working with PLCs, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- You will also complete preventive maintenance tasks, log work in the CMMS system, and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, LOTO, and food safety standards.
- This position requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to minimize downtime, support production goals, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing or similar preferred)
- Hands-on experience with motors, drives, conveyors, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot, humid environments around processing equipment
