Maintenance Technician

Pay: $30–$35 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (on-site, full-time)


What You Do

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the electrical systems that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. You’ll handle a wide range of electrical maintenance duties with a focus on reliability, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including control circuits, motors, relays, and transformers.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and production machinery.
  • Use multimeters and testing equipment to diagnose issues.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with mechanical technicians and production staff to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and electrical improvements as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and electrical safety codes.


What You Bring

Required:

  • 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience with an electrical focus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting AC/DC drives, PLCs, sensors, and motor controls.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations related to electrical work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree or technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
  • Familiarity with automated packaging or plastic film manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
  • Previous experience in a GMP or ISO-certified manufacturing environment.

Location: On-site in Hebron, Ohio (must be local or able to reliably commute).
