Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift)

Location: Burleson, TX | Onsite | Monday – Friday | 1st Shift

Compensation: $85,000–$95,000/year + Annual Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Do

Join a high-impact manufacturing operation as a Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for leading maintenance activities during 1st shift and driving reliability across equipment and systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, cross-shift continuity, and team development.

You will:

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and staff.
  • Drive cross-shift communication to ensure effective handoffs between day and night teams.
  • Utilize CMMS to schedule, track, and improve maintenance workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager to align daily operations with long-term improvement strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards—especially in food production settings.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of maintenance personnel.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and support equipment optimization.
  • Champion continuous improvement and lean maintenance practices.


What You Bring

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
  • At least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
  • Experience using CMMS systems to manage workflows and asset performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality.
  • Ability to work onsite, full-time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to Haves:

  • Food production or FDA-regulated environment experience.
  • Interest in growing into a Maintenance & Engineering Manager role.
