Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (PE)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proven experience in consulting engineering with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, municipal, or industrial projects
• Strong ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings, as well as standard specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carrier HAP load calculation software is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and an approachable, professional demeanor for effective collaboration with team members and clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete project deliverables based on approved proposals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to collect and coordinate essential project data
• Oversee multiple design and construction projects simultaneously, managing competing schedules
• Conduct quality control (QC) and Professional Engineer (PE) reviews of work produced by other team members
• Actively engage in QC discussions, providing high-level feedback and conceptual guidance
