Salary: Up to £41,000 DOE

We’re currently supporting a well-established precision engineering company in the Cheltenham area, supplying into highly regulated industries including aerospace. With continued growth and investment in both people and technology, they are now looking to recruit a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their team.

Role Responsibilities

• Fabricating and repairing sheet metal components
• Working with materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and titanium
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Using hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery
• Ensuring all work meets high quality and precision standards
• Supporting production targets and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting with quality checks and audits where required

The Person

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working with a range of fabrication tools and machinery
• Background in precision or aerospace environments advantageous
• High attention to detail and quality-focused approach
