Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 DOE + Night Shift Allowance + Overtime

A growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a Paint Sprayer who enjoys working independently, maintaining high standards, and being part of a quality-driven operation.

Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and sanding
- Apply paint coatings using spray equipment to a high-quality standard
- Mix paints and ensure correct specifications are followed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain spray booths and equipment in line with safety standards
- Identify and rectify defects where required
- Work to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Follow all health & safety procedures and guidelines
The Person:
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques and materials
- High attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Comfortable working night shifts independently
