The Role:

• Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching, feedback and performance support

• Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure consistent service standards

• Manage complaints, appeals and reassessments, identifying trends and improvements

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes to enhance team capability

• Produce and analyse reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Person Requirements:

• Proven experience in a quality-focused role

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
