Position: Paint Sprayer - Night Shift

Location: Cardiff

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (Mon-Thu, 22:30 pm – 08:30 am)

Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 (including night shift allowance)

A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, maintaining high standards, and being part of a quality-driven and stable operation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and sanding
• Apply paint coatings using spray equipment to a high-quality standard
• Mix paints and ensure correct specifications are followed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain spray booths and equipment in line with safety standards
• Identify and rectify defects where required
• Work to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Follow all health & safety procedures and guidelines

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer
• Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of spray painting techniques and materials
• High attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts and operating independently
