Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday early finish (13:00)

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 DOE

An established and expanding engineering manufacturer is looking to recruit a QA/QC Engineer to support and enhance their Quality Management System and ensure the highest standards are maintained across all manufacturing processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a QA/QC Engineer who enjoys a hands-on, solutions-driven role within a technically advanced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor Quality Assurance processes across manufacturing operations
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001 standards
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters
• Create and manage Quality Control Plans and ensure adherence to project quality stages
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on quality standards and best practices

The Person:

• Previous experience in a QA/QC Engineer or similar quality-focused role within manufacturing
• Good understanding of ISO9001 and Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering or Quality (preferred)
