Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

We’re currently supporting a growing engineering company in the Tewkesbury area, specialising in precision fabrication work across a range of industries. With a strong pipeline of work and continued investment in their workshop, they are now looking to recruit a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator to join their team.

Role Responsibilities

• TIG welding on a range of materials (stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium)
• Fabrication and assembly of components from engineering drawings
• Working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
• Grinding, finishing and preparing welded components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Ensuring all work meets required quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Person

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder / Fabricator
• Ability to weld stainless steel to a high standard
• Experience working from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
