What You’ll Do 🛠️

• Process transactions and maintain accounts with precision.
• Organize and manage invoices, credit card statements, and approvals.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments while adhering to policies.
• File monthly Use Tax returns for multiple states.
• Monitor and improve accounts payable workflows.
• Handle year-end procedures, including 1099 preparation.
• Process employee reimbursements and expense reports.
• Manage checks, ACH payments, and month-end AP reports.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

What You Bring 🎯

• Skills: Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Viewpoint and Crystal Report Writing is a plus. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience: 3-7 years in accounting (construction industry preferred). Sales and Use Tax expertise required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
