We are hiring a mission-driven General Dentist!

 

Come join our compassionate, high-performing healthcare team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As part of our integrated care model, you will work collaboratively with other oral health providers/support team members, medical providers, behavioral health clinicians, and community support specialists to deliver comprehensive, stigma-free services to individuals affected by HIV and those most at risk.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:

Compensation:    $150,000+ DOE

Schedule:             4½ days x 9 hours

Operational hrs: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements:

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

• Active and unrestricted Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA license or eligibility

• Commitment to integrated, team-based care

• Ability to provide care in an inclusive, LGBTQ+-friendly environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year clinical experience

• Experience working with underserved or HIV-impacted populations

• Comfort using electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
